The General Manager should be the person to do a time study and look at the bottle necks so as to elievelat the problem areas over time.
When that takes place, there is no longer anyone to monitor the overall flow and reorganize the team.
New store and staff. When a shift manager is working, it is natural for that person to just jump in too help.

Today I came in as we are doing a bunch of house renovations. I walked in and was immediately greeted which is different then what I'm used to. The manager Gerald, was AMAZING and the team he had on today was just as amazing. They gave me the best experience ever! As my order was complicated cuz I'm feeding 2 hungry guys on a budget!!! THANKS GUYS
Some of the nicest workers I've ever encountered as a fast food place! While I don't visit these types of places very often, part of why I shy away is due to the poor experience I tend to have with the staff. That's not the case here, will continue to come back!
