Terrrrrrrible!!!!! Loud, Unprofessional staff doing more playing and kicking it than working for starters. My Wife & i ordered the 2/$25 and meals for both our kids. After about 25-30 minutes the kids meal & our appetizer came out. Another 15 min passed... The kids are now done eating...appetizer is finished and our actual meal still hadn't showed up. When i finally get the server attention and tell her its taking too long and we're now ready to go please bring the check, she leaves for about 5 minutes before returning and still no food was in sight. No apology. No manager called. My wife had an issue here before so we shy away from this location but we were out shopping and this was the closest one. We will continue to drive 20/25 min each way, out the way to visit the better locations. BAYSHORE/GLENDALE APPLEBEES THUMBS DOWN!!!!
Worst experience at Applebee's ever. The service is slow. The waitresses had attitude. We requested to sit in a booth and it took them about 15 minutes to move us. The saving grace was, the food was good. I won't be eating at this location anymore.
My sister and I got there around 4pm or so. (10/10/17) There was a male manager who spoke to us right away as we sat at the bar. Shift change was happening and he kindly informed us and got us started as our bartender clocked in. Drinks we good appetizer came out fast and hot. I am just thankful for their fast reaction time to my medical condition. I fainted and they were very fast to get the correct help. My sister and both managers were there to assist me and medical staff arrived. Thank you to all of the staff that was kind enough to help me.
Waited a hour only for the food to be horrible and cold. Slow service staff very unprofessional. I do not recommended anyone to come to the Glendale location
Terrible service and the management is even worse. Brought my niece and nephew here and it took 10 min just for us to get seated (it wasn’t busy), took another 20 min for the waitress to stop running her mouth and come to the table to take our orders, and the table was dirty when we finally did get seated. The food was cold and nearly overcooked. Lastly, I asked to speak with the manager about the seating issue and she basically said oh well and wouldn’t take anything off the bill. I will never patronize this restaurant again.
