The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. I loved the set up of the store. It saved me a lot of time! The prices can't be beat. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress.
After suffering far too long with a mattress that had seen much better days, we decided to finally get something better. We looked at several of the major retailers in our area that stocked the national brands. We decided to check the offerings at Verlo, and are we glad we did. Robert, the manager, took his time explaining the features and benefits of the various mattresses while we tested them. Zero pressure, zero attempts at pushing us towards something that was more than what we wanted to spend. He clearly wanted to help us find the mattress that was within our budget and that which was most comfortable. Even though it was now well past the store's closing time, he never tried to push us along. The mattress set we purchased is easily one of the best purchases we ever made. Absolutely comfortable. Took about 2 nights to get used to it, but after that, we both have slept through the night, waking up with none of the aches and pains we had experienced. Even the dog sleeps through the night! The entire experience was excellent. Delivery was as scheduled and the delivery people were very polite and took great care in the setup. They called the day before delivery to tell us the delivery would be the following morning, then another heads up call approx 30 minutes before they arrived. None of this sometime between 8-3, an actual time that they met.
