I’m a dance coach and have been frantically looking for a certain pair of shoes for the girls and I called Zumiez in the Bayshore mall and talked to Joey who went above and beyond to help me find the sizes I needed! 5 stars, hands down. :)

The store manager here is very disrespectful. I attempted to return a jacket that I did not wear due to the season and she accused me of wearing the jacket because it smelled like "house" and saying that it wasn't in any condition for return. The funny thing about it is, the jacket was in perfect condition and tag still intact. She refused to return me my payments and she also insulted me. The day I purchased the jacket she was very rude also so I shouldn't have expected much. Now I'm stuck with a $68.95 jacket that I can't wear because its not the proper season and I really don't want it anyways. She messed with the wrong person.
zumiez is cool and all, but the one at bayshore has real negative employees that make it clear as day they work on commission. The second you walk in the door, it feels like all they wanna know is what you're there to get and give you hardly any time to look around on your own...sometimes i dont wanna go in there cause i feel uncomfortable dealing with the usual workers
