There was a promotion of spend 75 get a tote bag spend 125 and get a matching crossbody. Anyways went into this location bc we were already walking around. Was not greeted when we walked into the store. Took a while to find someone to open a fitting room. They didn't have my size nor the design i wanted. The 2 bras i found was 2 for $49.99 so I grabbed a body mist so my total will be $75. When checking out the lady asked if I found everything, told her no. Explained to her that i wanted to spend 125 in order to get the crossbody too. The lady said she could order it online and it'll count towards the total. That was great right? Well i paid for it, walked out of the store n had to stop n look. There was no crossbody in my bag, just the tote n only 1 bra, when I brought up 2 bras. Went back inside, the lady that rung me up was no where to b found. I explained what had happened, she the said that they were out of the crossbody. I was super pissed!! At least let your customers know if your out of the product that your promoting. Was told she couldn't do anything bc my order was already placed online and I couldn't do a refund. I would have to wait till the items come in and go in for a refund. To top that off i was charged full price for the bras! When they were supposed to be 2 for 49.99. Finally after 5mins i asked for the manager. Asked the manger if it was possible to return the bra bought in store and rerang that with another one 10 bucks each since i paid full price for the two that was ordered online she said that its not possible bc thats too big of a discount. How is it? They're 39.99 a piece but was on sale for 2 for 49.00. Then explained to her that when checking out i told the lady that rung me out i wanted to spend 125 to get the weekender n the crossbody, but since they were out she never told me, had she told me i wouldve never had her order the 2 bras online. The manager didn't even apologize, nor did the lady who rung me out when she finally came out of hiding, she was trying her best not to make eye contact. So I finally said why not just give me another weekender since I wasn't informed n i was over charged. They told me they couldn't do that too.
Brookfield Square had none in stock for my size at all. C'est la vie. I was on hold for about 5 minutes, which I thought was kinda long but still understandable.

Just hung up the phone finally after being on hold for 15 minutes. I asked what colors they had in stock for Dream Angels Wicked in 36DDD. That's all I wanted to know. (She also did not sound like she wanted to help me at all when she answered the phone.)
I've worked in retail for 4 years now, so I know proper phone etiquette. I understand that sometimes a customer asks you questions while you've got someone on hold, but that's when you explain that to them and finish your phone call that would take 10 seconds (in this case), and go back to help the customer when you're done.
I went to Mayfair and Southridge yesterday, trying to find a blue one in my size. No luck. It's also unavailable online in any shade of blue. So I decided to call Brookfield Square and Bayshore today before I drove out to either one of them -- I live in West Allis.
Horrible service. I'll never go back.
Went here with my girlfriend recently. The workers were really nice and the store smelled really good which is always a plus!
