When we got to the table there was food smeared on it, I never got the water I asked for, my server was forgetful and after I asked her some something she would pour herself a soda, sit down and relax on her phone for a bit. Lousy service, chewy chicken, I will not be going back. It's clear this location will be closing soon.
Bleu cheese wings. Good views on the TVs with whatever sports event. Low lightning with good background music. Beer. I am addicted.
If I could give it no star I would.. waited over a hour for only boneless wings and every time we tried to get someone's attention noone was to be found except our server who was stuck behind the bar, while the general manager himself and another manager just walked around.. when finally saw my food come out they went to about 4 other people asking if it was theirs as I was staring right at then shaking my head.. when the general manager came to ask me why I just wanted my food boxed up he tried to argue that he was helping but yet didn't notice the 4 other people that got up and walked out because they waited at least 20 minutes and no one even came to them for drinks. Need new management.. Devin the server was very nice and apologized for the service, it wasn't his fault for the service at all though, the manager is the one that should have apologized
This BWW's is garbage!! While seated at the bar having a beer and reviewing the menu, the bartender left the bar completely unattended for 5+ minutes to sit at a table with her friend and eat. If she was on break, who was covering the bar?!? Needless to say, I paid for my beer and went across the street to Applebee's.
The service at this place is terrible. It took 15 minutes to even get seated. Once seated no one came and even talked to us for another 15 minutes, and yet, there were waitresses all around us, talking with each other, sitting doing nothing. The MANAGER had to seat us AND clean our table. The bartender was extremely rude as well. Just go to a different buffalo wild wings. They really need to fire people and get a better staff.
